How to use it
- 1
Import or sync as usual
Saved trade history is classified automatically. New trades, imports, broker syncs and updates queue AI note interpretation without a manual tagging step. Existing historical notes are queued too.
- 2
Open Discipline Review
Use the history, instrument and timezone controls. Review coverage, behaviour frequency, associated realised P&L and patterns over time use all saved account records before filtering.
- 3
Read the evidence
Click any tag to see its source, confidence and supporting facts. Saved-data tags cover direction, type, holding duration, local entry clock bands, strategies and fill counts. Note tags quote the exact journal evidence.
- 4
Review candidates
Quick re-entry and larger size after a loss are review leads, not proof of revenge trading. Risk above budget needs saved original risk and contract details. A loss alone does not establish a mistake.
- 5
Correct only when needed
Accept a supported tag or dismiss an incorrect one. Dismissals are stored in your account and survive imports and reanalysis. View dismissed tags to restore them. No correction is required to use the analysis.
Understanding the data
- Factual analysis runs from saved history. AI note interpretation runs in bounded background batches and may take time; missing AI service access does not stop factual tags.
- Entry clock bands use your selected display timezone. They are not assumed exchange sessions. Date-only records have no fabricated intraday time or holding duration.
- AI note tags describe explicit self-reports with a verbatim quote. They do not independently verify the execution or diagnose emotion from a losing result.
- Charts show associated historical results, not avoidable losses or promised improvement. Tags overlap, so their P&L totals cannot be added together.
- Missing market data, original risk, strategy rules and order-modification history remain unknown. The system does not invent chasing, early exit or stop-change evidence.
- Imported P&L, prices, strategies, manual tags and existing discipline scores are preserved. Automatic tags and decisions are separate.
Common questions
Do I need to tag each trade?
No. Cybill applies supported classifications automatically. You only correct a tag if you disagree.
Does accepting a tag confirm a mistake?
No. Acceptance records your agreement; review candidates retain their original evidence and confidence.
Why are some checks unavailable?
A trade export may lack market context, exact times, original stops or strategy rules. Missing evidence is left unknown.
