Start with the records

Choose a week and check the coverage before reading the result. Review decisions alongside wins and losses. Saved notes and checklists help you return to the reasoning behind the numbers. A loss alone is not evidence of a mistake.

Ask a specific question

Pro includes AI coaching without separate AI credit purchases. Try: “Compare my recorded long and short trades in this period. Show the counts and supporting evidence.” Inspect the contributing trades and any missing-data caveats. AI commentary can be incomplete or wrong. Realtime alert analysis is a separate add-on.

Make the focus observable

Choose something you can record, such as checking written entry conditions before each trade. At the next review, assess whether you followed it and what the subsequent records show. A change in P&L alone does not prove the behaviour caused it.

Quick check

Next week is profitable after changing one habit. What can you conclude?
